Welcome to the 2016 - 2017 School Year!
IB - PYP Parent Handbook
St. Gabriel is now a Candidate School for the IB-PYP. We have developed a Parent Handbook that is available! If you did not receive one during Meet The Teacher Night, please contact the school office and one will be made available to you.
PARKING AT ST. GABRIEL SCHOOL
Parents are asked to not park or drop their children off in the school parking lot. Spots are assigned to school staff between 7:30 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday.
We have noticed the unsafe practice of students crossing the parking lot and vehicles moving through it. Parents are asked to drop students off north of the bus stop on St. Gabriel School Road.
We are constantly seeking to improve the environment here at St. Gabriel, and appreciate your participation in ensuring the safety of all families in our community. We encourage you to consider safety over convenience.

St. Gabriel School welcomes students of all faiths into our Catholic school community where every child is cherished and guided. We serve the following South-East Edmonton communities: Capilano, Goldbar, Terrace Heights, Forest Heights, Riverdale, Strathearn, Fulton Place, and Cloverdale. Our staff nurtures the personal and academic growth of each student in a Christ centered IB-PYP learning community. The students, supported by parents and staff, are actively involved in many exciting activities that develop their gifts and talents. St. Gabriel is also home to three Edmonton Catholic School District programs that serve the needs of students with specific special needs who are integrated in an inclusive setting: Educational Experience 1 and 100 Voices Pre-School Program.
